NAVIGATION METHODS

Super-APPNavigationIcon.png

SUPER-APP  IS EQUIPPED WITH THE FOLLOWING NAVIGATION MECHANISMS:

  • a - PREDEFINED NAVIGATION,

  • b - NAVIGATION ON NOTIFICATION [which includes notifications which in the case of those generated by sys can be thought of as navigation on events],

  • c - NAVIGATION PLANS which are created as utility menus by the logged.

    • NAVIGATION PLANS created by AI NAVIGATION ENGINE

  • d - JOYSTICK FIRST PERSON NAVIGATION

  • e -RAY CAST SIGNALING SUPPORT TO NAVIGATION

Navigation tools and mechanisms are an important feature in a super APP, where many application corners are accessible and integrated with each other in collaborative information.
Navigating is therefore a critical facility and must be developed with a well-defined logic.
Note that each corner or sub-corner for which the design provides a navigation facility is served by a CINEMA CAMERA  with a relative DOLLY PATH.

PREDEFINED NAVIGATION
It is the set of all the possible, potential, app corners or sub-corner (target waypoints) of navigation as defined in the design of the Super-APP.
They are listed in the left panel of the Super-APP screen made visible by pressing the button at the top left of the screen.

CORNERS IN AUGMENTED REALITY LIFE

STATUS

CORNERS IN AUGMENTED REALITY LIFE

The application corners, objects of navigation in the 3D space, can be of such a type as to always be available or they can only be available when augmented reality has created an instance of it in the virtual world.
The menu of application corners and sub-corners lists the entire availability set but deactivates the types which, in the specific state in which the virtual reality is found, are not present or are not available.

CORNER AND SUB-CORNERS

NAVIGATION NOTIFICATION DRIVEN

NAVIGATION BY NOTIFICATION - RECIPIENT FILTERING
Acting within the ECOSYSTEM dedicated to notifications, an application corner allows users, clients and the administration of App4AR to generate notifications that package alerts and pre-configured navigations.
Logged-in client users can determine the update rate for these notifications.
Whoever generates the navigation notification can signal to those intended (individual users or users of a group) the notification has been sent and to which corner or sub-corner of the application it refers.
Navigation notifications for all connected users and customers are reserved for the SYSTEM to induce navigation at angles or sub-angles affected by news or alterations of a general nature.
This selection phase is called RECIPIENT FILTERING

NOTE:

Navigations generated by notifications can be of two types: WITH and WITHOUT CONTENT.
By selecting an item in the notification menu for navigation of the first type, navigation of the cine-machine concerned is started towards a specific position in the virtual world as it is at the moment.
A typical example is the arrival of a dialogue resumption in a chat to allow a quick return to the booth where the chat is in progress.
Navigations by notification WITH CONTENT refer to notifications of possible interest from DISPATCHER. The notification must indicate the possible content and the selection made by the WIF involves the activation of the underlying DISPATCHER and navigation towards the SHOWCASE set up for the development of virtual reality.
This determines a possible alteration of the augmented reality content with overlapping of the SHOWCASE content (always if APP4ARFull is active, possible if all the SHOWCASE in APP4AREye are engaged)

NAVIGATION WITH CONTENENT IS MARKED with THE DISPATCHER ICON

This mechanism allows, together with the use of the NAVIGATION DRIVEN API to present content options (possibly a subsequent series through the use of a panel 08 of the notified incipit SHOWCASE) to present a potentially infinite series of augmented reality and WEB, always subject to explicit selection by the WIF.

NAVIGATION BY NOTIFICATION -  VIRTUAL REALITY STATUS FILTERING

After being filtered according to the possible recipient, the notification is analyzed according to the state of AUGMENTED REALITY, i.e. it analyzes whether the notification has the requisites to be presented to the connected user or customer according to the status of the angles or sub-angles applications affected by the notification.
Only if the virtual reality generated is compliant, the notification creates a navigation path which is signalled and presented to the connected user or customer.
An example can refer to a CHIRP sub-angle present in a multimedia Album developed in augmented reality following the activation of a certain active Target present in physical reality, framed and activated.
If the creator of the virtual reality wants to update the status of the CHIRP for example by sending data, he signals navigation to it. But evidently, only users or customers, or the specific user or customer (after the filter for recipients) connected to this specific virtual reality will be able to receive this navigation alert. The alerted recipient will be able to travel directly and easily in Virtual Reality at the sub-angle (CHIRP) and resume the activity by suspending other actions in progress in the virtual world.
