APP4AR BOT-CHIRP MECHANISM [NO A.I. GENERATIVE APPROACH]

WHAT IS A BOT-CHIRP

The APP4AR CLIENT may wish to insert a CHIRP in an Album located in Augmented Reality that guarantees a non-unidirectional interaction (from the WIF to the CLIENT) as in the case of the SIMPLE CHIRP, but bidirectional by interpreting the requests of the WIF that is interacting and responding with appropriate actions, answers.
These interactive objects are called BOT-CHIRPS.
As in the case of simple CHIRP, the BOT-CHIRP will be inserted in a multimedia Album (which will usually be activated by a special DISPATCHER and connected to an active object placed in physical reality) to offer two-way interaction with the WIF that has activated the virtual reality.

The creation of a BOT-CHIRP is a potentially complex process depending on the objectives that the CLIENT wants to achieve and related to the type of business.
The creation of the BOT-CHIPs is therefore handled by APP4AR as part of a Design Service that APP4AR can carry out both directly and through partners.

The BOT-CHIRPs used in APP4AR have the following essential characteristics:

  • - the BOT-CHIRP is a component of an Album and is presented to the WIF through a DISPATCHER. The language version of the WIF is then activated. The design of the BOT-CHIRP is carried out in the language called TARGET chosen by the CLIENT. All the dialogues proposed during the activity of the BOT will be automatically translated into the supported languages, making use of the Cognitive Language Services;

  • - the BOT-CHIRP is a component of an Album and is presented to the WIF through a DISPATCHER: the wif participates in the dialogue through text input fields or the vocal formulation of requests.

  • - For interpreting requests, APP4AR uses Language Understanding (LUIS). LUIS is a cloud-based conversational AI service of Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services;

  • - the BOT-CHIRP is a component of an Album and is presented to the WIF through a DISPATCHER. The context in which a BOT-CHIRP is activated is the Augmented Reality SHOWCASE where all the components that APP4Ar makes available for Augmented Reality are present. Therefore there are objects for the reproduction of sounds, videos, texts, images, GLTF objects, Radio Station;

  • - In addition to the environment components listed above, in the dialogue the BOT-CHIRP can insert references to Virtual Reality, i.e. to active targets, thus being able, as an effect of the dialogue session, to teleport to another AR or activate NFTs on which the right of use.

BOT-CHIRP STRUCTURE

All WIFs that interact with the BOT-CHIRPs placed in Augmented Reality by CLIENT are added to the CONTACTS Database. This database, together with the contents of the BOT SESSIONS, makes it possible to feed the processes available in the ANALYTICS application corner.
