WHAT ARE CHIRPS?
CHIRPs are a particular type of component that can be inserted in a multimedia album presented in Augmented Reality by DISPATCHERS that connect virtual reality to active objects and route based on the characteristics of the active WIF.
The purpose of CHIRPS is to collect notes, data, comments from the WIF by creating an interaction mechanism between the WIF and the owner, creator of the CIHRP.
CHIRPS can be of three different types:

- BOT assisted CHIRP only text

CHIRPS MECHANISM
CHIRPS are active components inserted by the designer of an Album in Augmented Reality to actively interact with the WIF that activated the Album.
The interaction mode is different between simple CHIRPs and those assisted by BOTs.
All chirp creations or edits are bundled into just one monthly transaction.

APP4AR FEES FOR CHIRPS CREATIONS
As illustrated in the CHIRPS MECHANISM, each Chirp has the language of the designer CLIENT as THE TARGET LANGUAGE being the original SOURCE LANGUAGE, the WIF language.Whether CHIRP collects TEXT only or VOICE recording only or both VOICE recording and TEXT , whether it is SIMPLE or assisted by a BOT, it will have to make use of the COGNITIVE SERVICES which impose different costs depending on the complexity of the WIF-CHIRP interaction.
The usage rates, linked to the compilation of the CHIRPS presented in Augmented Reality by WIF and the treatment and collection of the consequent compilations by the CHIRP designer are as follows:

When APP4AR, for the construction of BOT-CHIRP uses a Third Party with the role of BOT-CHIRPS THRI PART, the following rights are recognized as regulated by the underlying role Smart Contract.
